The Rapid Mixer and Wet Granulator (RMG) are designed for simultaneous dry mixing and wet granulation within the same bowl. This equipment features two impellers: a main impeller running in a horizontal plane and a chopper/granulation impeller operating in a vertical plane. The RMG achieves highly efficient and fast homogenous mixing and granulation of materials. All process contact parts such as the bowl and chopper are made from AISI SS 316 with a high pharmaceutical finish, while non-contact parts like staircases and railings are constructed from AISI SS 304. The process is fully automated and dust-free, controlled by PLC, including discharge operations.
