Double Cone Blenders ensure homogeneous mixing of dry powder and granules. These blenders feature a double cone shape with a cylindrical shell at the center and conical shapes at both ends, facilitating uniform mixing and smooth discharge. Paddle-type baffles can be added on the shaft for enhanced mixing. These blenders are well-balanced to avoid excessive loads on gearboxes or motors and can be equipped with optional flame-proof motors. Charging and discharging are through a butterfly valve, and safety features include guards for moving parts and a safety railing with a limit switch. They are available in models ranging from 5 liters to 6000 liters with contact parts made of stainless steel AISI 304 or 316.
