Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer

The Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer (RVPD) is designed for efficient drying of materials by utilizing a heating medium—whether steam, hot water, oil, or thermic fluid—circulated through the jacket of a stationary cylindrical shell. The material to be dried is constantly agitated by a specially designed shaft assembly, which is equipped with paddles or ribbons at regular intervals, ensuring even heat distribution and efficient drying.

This continuous agitation design enhances the drying process, making the Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer ideal for a wide range of applications, including the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
